Samma sak för oss båda, bara olika benämningar.&lt;br /&gt;När jag skriver upp mina promenader här i min träningsdagbok betyder det att jag har &lt;em&gt;svettats&lt;/em&gt;. Fokuserat. &lt;em&gt;Tränat. &lt;/em&gt;Inte finpromenerat och tittat på naturen. Ska nog döpa om &lt;em&gt;promenad &lt;/em&gt;till &lt;em&gt;powerwalk &lt;/em&gt;jag med, så att ni inte tror att jag har legat på latsidan. Var dock vansinnigt trött när jag lade mig igår och bestämde mig för att sova tills jag vaknade idag...vilket innebar att jag slog upp mina blå åtta timmar senare, vilket är ovanligt lång sömn för att vara jag.
